Our products are made to order. Right now its taking 5-7 business days to print your order and ship it out. After that point, it should reach you within 5-8 days in the USA.
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.
If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
* Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
* Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
* If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at 503-394-2462 for charges.
We’re not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is sent back because it could not be delivered, you may have to pay an additional fee to have it shipped again. Our team does the best we can to avoid these situations but once in awhile they can happen.
Refund and Return Policy
Custom Orders and Clearance / Imperfect / On Sale items can’t be canceled after placed or returned.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you don’t love it, or there is a problem with what you ordered, let us know and we’ll take care of it. You may return your shirt within 7 days of receiving it for a refund or an exchange.
If you are sending back your item(s) for a Refund and we didn’t send you the wrong items and the items are not damaged, the refund will include price paid for items but won’t include shipping charges.
If there is a problem with your shirt, we may require a clear photo of the problem area for a quick resolution if applicable.
Return postage is paid by the customer.
After your return is inspected and approved, we will provide a refund. The refund will be processed and applied to the method of payment used to make the original order. If return is for anything other then wrong items sent or damaged items, refund will not include shipping charges.
If you order a shirt and its the wrong size, you can return it for an exchange. Please contact us before you return your item and we’ll initiate a return.
